The Magpul CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) is one of the most refined mil-spec carbine stocks on the market, featuring a friction-lock lever that eliminates the slop and rattle common to standard mil-spec stocks during carry and movement. A QD socket on each side of the stock body provides sling attachment points, and the textured rubber butt pad is angled slightly to improve cheek weld on square-backed lowers. The stock ships in both mil-spec and commercial-spec tube versions — ensure you order the correct variant for your buffer tube. Enhanced sling attachment points allow for ambidextrous use, and the body is molded from a proprietary fiber-reinforced polymer that withstands temperatures from -40°F to 150°F.
